Contact Coordinator
A Veterans First Contact Coordinator has the critical role of the being a company front person—the one who speaks to potential clients first. In this role, you would also help nurture relationships with existing and repeat customers. An important part of this job is understanding our clients’ mortgage needs, with the goal of introducing them to our licensed Loan Officers, many of whom started as Contact Coordinators themselves. We prefer promoting from within, and advancements happen readily. Our Contact Coordinators frequently follow a swift path of growth, which leads to more responsibilities and higher pay.
Inside Sales Representative: Loan Officer
Veterans First Mortgage Loan Officers deliver award-winning customer service in an inside sales environment. As members of the Sales Department, our Loan Officers identify prospective customers through company-generated inbound leads. Loan Officers conduct needs analyses to learn and understand our customers’ financial goals. Trusted relationships built with customers lead to referred business.
